Bliss Travel

Bliss Travel came to Hornsby Creative to develop a brand strategy guide focused on defining the tone and personality of their brand. Rather than visuals, this guide dives into how the company communicates; its voice, values, and the kind of experience it wants to create for clients. As a travel company, Bliss Travel aims to deliver unforgettable journeys, and this strategy helps ensure that the message comes through clearly across all platforms and teams.

1st Choice Service Group

1st Choice Service Group partnered with Hornsby Creative to develop a branding guide that would help their team and other designers create consistent, eye-catching advertising and graphics. The guide covers everything from logo usage and color choices to layout tips and visual tone, ensuring that anyone working with the brand stays on the same page. It was a collaborative effort between Hornsby Creative’s CEO, John Hornsby, my teammate Hannah Kyzer, and me.

Groovers

Groovers is a playful fusion of 3D and graphic design, resulting in a project that celebrates expression, creativity, and pure fun. At its core, Groovers is a toy in its simplest and most delightful form; designed to be played, handled, and enjoyed. Whether you choose to engage with them or simply admire their quirky charm, they make for a captivating display piece on any desk or shelf.

Book Collection

This pocketbook redesign brings a fresh, modern approach to the works of Horatio Alger, whose stories explore the challenges of young boys navigating life in early industrial America. Each compact edition offers a single chapter, giving readers a taste of Alger’s storytelling before deciding whether to dive into the full novel.

The Gateway Zine

The Gateway Zine explores a hypothetical artistic space within the tunnel at WCU, near the softball field. The tunnel is an area already rich with vibrant, expressive graffiti. It’s constantly evolving as new layers of paint cover the old, serving as an unfiltered canvas for artists, although it is considered illegal to paint in the space.
