This poster was created for a metaphors assignment in my Design Studio 1 class, where each student was given a single word to interpret visually—mine was "Obey." The challenge was to turn that word into a strong, eye-catching design that communicates its meaning using text. I focused on making the poster feel intense and commanding, aiming to give viewers a sense of being overpowered or controlled.

The final design has a bold composition to reflect the weight of the word. It was a great exercise in visual storytelling, pushing me to think about how layout, color, and symbolism can work together to create an emotional response. This project also allowed me to see typography as a form of shapes instead of just text, thus making this poster dynamic in design.
